A sterling silver, box style chain is included in the price, with your choice of 16” + 2" or 20” chain lengths.

How to use your Centering Pendant

Each Centering Pendant is designed as a touchstone. When you feel scattered, hold your pendant and let your thumb settle into the carved center — a gentle version of the Jñāna Mudrā hand position used in meditation. Take one slow breath. Materials & care

Handcrafted in sterling silver by artist Margaret Graham in her South Carolina studio. Each piece is made in small batches, so slight variations are part of its handmade character.

To keep your pendant bright: wipe it with a soft polishing cloth after wear, store it dry, and put it on after applying lotions or perfume.
