There are many ways to purchase a Centering Pendant.

Yes, we accept returns. Please contact us within 2 weeks (10 business days) of receiving your jewelry. We will refund the price of your pendant minus shipping costs.

We offer all USPS shipping options, domestic and international. Ground usually takes 2-8 business days to arrive. Priority upgrades are usually available but please do not rely on this option during the holidays because everyone wants priority shipping around the holidays and there’s only so fast the post office can go.

We try to get your package in the mail within 1-2 business days. First class will take anywhere from 2-8 days depending how far away you live and if it’s a busy time of year. Priority mail should take only 2-4 days.

You should receive a tracking number by email once the package has been shipped. If you do not have a tracking number within 3 business days of making your order, please contact us.

Keep an eye on your tracking. If it has not shown up in 10 business days, contact us so that we can file a missing package report.

Insurance is included with every package. If your package is lost in the mail and shows that it has not been delivered, we will file a claim with USPS.

Remaking your item is dependent on whether we have the materials in stock.

INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER THEFT! If your package is showing it was delivered but you don’t have it, it was most likely stolen and, we are sorry, but we cannot replace that item. USPS will not accept a claim for stolen items. You WILL have to repurchase the item(s).

ALL silver pendants come with a rhodium plated, sterling silver chain. These are Italian made chains and high quality.

16mm pendants come with a 0.8mm box style chain.

24mm pendants come with a 1.6mm popcorn style chain.

If your chain breaks within one month (20 business days) of receiving your pendant through no fault of your own, we will replace the chain for free if you will pay for shipping both ways (which cost you only $5). If your chain breaks beyond a month’s time, I will replace the chain and you will pay for that new chain and the shipping both ways ($5 shipping + cost of chain (varies)).

Need to SWAP CHAINS? Sometimes the wrong length is purchased and we can help with that for a small fee. Swapping a silver chain is $7 (return shipping included). As our business grows, this may not be offered in the future.

PLEASE measure yourself for the length you want BEFORE making your purchase. You cannot solely rely on the pictures to determine which length you’ll want. All bodies are different and chains will hang differently depending on your body. Measure a chain you have already that you like the length of.
