Shipping policy

Processing Time: How long it takes to make and ship an order.

If a product is in stock I try and get the product in the mail within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Costs: 

US: I normally ship via USPS First Class and free shipping is included for orders of $100 or more. You can upgrade to priority shipping for an additional charge.

Internationally: I can and have shipped internationally! Rates will vary dependent on your location and method of shipping.  If you are ordering from an international location I will contact you with total price with shipping to confirm before shipping.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

Estimated Delivery Times: Within the US, First Class packages are typically delivered within 2-8 business days, while Priority packages usually arrive within 2-4 business days. However, delays due to weather or postal service disruptions may occur. For international orders, delivery times vary by destination and may be extended due to customs processing or other unforeseen delays.

Tracking Information: You should receive a tracking number once a package has been shipped. If you do not have a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact me.

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

 Insurance is included with every package. If your package is lost in the mail and DOES NOT SHOW IT WAS DELIVERED, I will make you another and file a claim with USPS.

Remaking your item is dependent on whether I have the materials in stock (I may not have additional stones if it was a special stone in the item).

INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER THEFT! If your package is showing it was delivered but you don’t have it, it was most likely stolen and, I am sorry, but I cannot replace that item. USPS will not accept a claim for stolen items. You WILL have to repurchase.
